Cipriana Stan

Senior Digital Strategist

Cipriana has  been working in marketing for more than a decade. The projects she has coordinated cover multiple areas: digital marketing, internal communications, lead generation, employer branding in both B2B and B2C marketing.

She collaborates with the Brandocracy team of experts as a senior digital strategist. This role allows her to put forth her significant expertise in building digital marketing strategies for various industries such as IT, health, tourism, food, and ceramic.

To mention just a few, Cipriana has marketed IT software products for Railway, Telco, Pharma, Airline and Life Science for Asian & European markets. Her work on these projects included strategy, research, positioning, product guide, and digital marketing. In addition, she was also in charge of organizing external events and the company’s presence at industry fairs.

Her knowledge, years of experience and passion for the Marcom field, doubled by a deep motivation to give back to others, lead Cipriana to create and deliver the marketing trainings that Brandocracy offers to entrepreneurs and marketing specialists. As a consultant within the Brandocracy team, when she is not designing digital strategies, Cipriana delivers training sessions and offers coaching and guidance to the participants.

Cipriana Stan has graduated from Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and a Master’s Degree in Marketing Strategies.
