Cristina has over 20 years of marketing experience and has been directly involved in building marketing, communication, and PR strategies and in their implementation. She coordinated various marketing projects: product & service development, competitive intelligence, product & corporate communication, PR, internal communication, CSR, etc. Planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring ATL, BTL, and online marketing campaigns have allowed Cristina to interact and develop strong relationships with various research companies, advertising agencies, printing houses, media agencies, event organizers, etc.
For the past 14 years, she coordinated multidisciplinary teams that have developed and implemented integrated marketing campaigns that led to better brand indicators and positively influenced purchasing intentions and customer satisfaction. The level of success is measured not only in KPIs but also in several awards gained for the efficient product or image campaigns within the Romanian Effie Awards, the competition that rewards efficiency in communication. One of her internal communication projects won a Golden PR Award for Excellence.
To expand her expertise in digital marketing and to develop her strategic marketing knowledge, Cristina attended The Oxford College of Marketing, strategic partner of CIM – The Chartered Institute of Marketing, the world organization of marketing professionals. In 2020 she was certified with the Digital Diploma in Professional Marketing.
Cristina graduated from The Faculty of Economic Cybernetics, Statistics, and Computer Science within the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest. In 2004 she completed the Romanian-Canadian MBA Program, organized by the Bucharest School of Management (ASE) in partnership with the University of Ottawa and HEC-Montreal.
