With 20 years of experience in marketing and communication, working with top brands and complex projects in both B2C and B2B, Mădălina Cazamir is driven by her desire to transform ideas into projects with real impact on businesses and people.

She built her experience and expertise by developing and coordinating transformation processes in marketing, integrating teams, channels, and tools to drive efficiency and growth, as well as launching products and 360° campaigns, from ATL and BTL to digital and e-commerce.

Her involvement in various industries – banking, retail, pharma – equipped her with a broad perspective on consumer behavior and how data and innovation can transform brands.

Mădălina believes in collaboration and strategic thinking. She is motivated and inspired by projects that combine creativity with technology, generating real value not only for companies but especially for people. Under her leadership, teams have learned to think creatively, remain curious, and embrace the courage to test and learn even from mistakes.
