Mihaela’s professional experience encompasses 16 years in the central quality & business media and over 10 years in communication. During all this time, she had coordinated a large number of media and communication projects.

As a media expert and communication consultant collaborating with Brandocracy, Mihaela brings forth relevant expertise in analysing, building and implementing integrated communication strategies, both offline and online, for companies in different industries.

Examples of her work count communication strategies that she designed and implemented for FAN Courier, Alpha Bank România, Policolor, KLG Europe, WDP (Belgia), Kawasaki Gas&Turbine, Digi Ray, EMS Floor Group, Leader Team Broker, Atria Urban Resort, Domeniul Bogdan, New Kopel Group, Atlas Copco,  Astra Zeneca, Hartmann Romania, Elsaco Botoșani, Vestra Industry, SPIA Romania, CICH Navodari, Asociația Administratorilor de Fonduri din România.

As a media expert, she conducted special crisis communication projects for FAN Courier, Alpha Bank România, Banca Transilvania, Policolor România and Bulgaria.

Mihaela’s expertise has also gained recognition through the prizes she was awarded for CSR projects that she created and implemented for Policolor, FAN Courier, Hartmann România and Asociația Administratorilor de Fonduri.

Mihaela Balea’s studies are also vast and diverse, as her professional career. She attended the Academy of Economic Science in Bucharest, the Faculty of General Economy for three years.  She graduated from the Hyperion University in Bucharest, the Faculty of Political Science, Sociology, and Relations. In addition, she pursued  Marketing & Management studies at the Business Academy.
