Raluca has been working in marketing for more than 17 years. She has gained experience in strategic marketing, both internal and external, while working in corporate and entrepreneurial environments, in large companies in Romania. Since 2018, Raluca has been involved in marketing consulting projects covering strategic as well as operational marketing in industries such as tourism, events, and HORECA. She has joined Brandocracy team of experts as a collaborator on marketing consulting projects.
While studying marketing at Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj, she had joined the marketing team of Banca Transilvania. There, for 8 years, Raluca was instrumental in building one of the most powerful brands in Romania.
She coordinated important campaigns, mainly for two business lines – Retail & Medical Division, which were implemented with a 360-degree marketing approach through all communication channels, ATL & BTL, including market research.
In 2013 she became Marketing Manager at CEMACON, a company listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. Her role consisted of building and repositioning the brand on the Romanian building materials market. 5 years later CEMACON became, from a local manufacturer of ceramic blocks, the second-largest competitor on the Romanian market, with an exponential increase in awareness and reputation, being positioned as the most innovative player in the industry.
