Marketing Strategist

Raluca is a professional in strategic marketing, internal and external, with experience gained in large companies in Romania, with both corporate & entrepreneurial know-how.

During her 16 years of experience in marketing, she has developed her expertise in strategic and operational marketing in industries such as banking, construction, events, tourism, and HORECA.

Concurrent with the completion of marketing studies at Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj, the Faculty of Economic Studies and Business Management, she joined the marketing team of Banca Transilvania and, for 8 years, she helped to build one of the most powerful brands in Romania. 

She coordinated important campaigns, mainly for two business lines – Retail & Medical Division, implemented through all communication channels ATL & BTL, including market research, a 360-degree marketing approach.

In 2013 she became Marketing Manager at CEMACON, a company listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, with the role of building and repositioning the brand in the Romanian building materials market. After 5 years, CEMACON became, from a local manufacturer of ceramic blocks, the second-largest competitor on the Romanian market, with an exponential increase in awareness and reputation, being positioned as the most innovative player in the industry.

Since 2018, she has been involved in marketing consulting projects in industries such as tourism, events, HORECA. Also, she joined the Brandocracy team as a collaborator on marketing consulting projects.
